Pre-Order Policy

Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETA) Dates

Each group has its own estimated arrival date. Please review the dates listed below the pre-order button.  Dates are estimates, and items may arrive sooner or later than expected. If a delay occurs, we will update the product with a new estimated arrival date.

Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-order items must be canceled within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund.  Orders or items canceled after 30 days will be refunded as store credit.

Duplicate Orders

We may not detect duplicate orders shipping to the same address before the item arrives, so customers are responsible for avoiding duplicate purchases.  If we identify a duplicate pre-order, we will contact you for clarification. Customers will have 24 hours to respond before the order ships.

Please place any "in-stock" items in a separate order.
Pre-orders will be fulfilled only when every item in the order is in stock.
